PSYCKES 8.0

Providers in the behavioral health field in New York State now have the advantage of accessing client data and treatment information directly from their iPhone or iPad using the PSYCKES mobile application. This tool enables healthcare professionals, care managers, and managed care plans to efficiently:

• Search for Medicaid clients
• Authorize consent or emergency access to review a client’s clinical summary
• Access care coordination details
• View safety plans and psychiatric advanced directives
• Review a comprehensive list of medical and behavioral health services, including outpatient, emergency room, and inpatient care
• Check psychotropic and medical medications dispensed by pharmacies
• Quickly access recently viewed clients without re-entering search parameters

Prior to using the PSYCKES mobile app, users must be granted access by their respective organizations. New users need to log in via desktop to set up a PIN before accessing the mobile application.
